Elmer, I didn't suspend Sarmad. I don't need to call for a vote if the violation is "obvious" (read the rules again). E.g. in this case I didn't think it was obvious enough so I gave a final warning instead. Just today I considered doing just that (vote) for a final suspension. If however Sarmad would use a direct personal insult (he got close today) again I won't ask for a vote as he's been warned sufficiently.
