Maybe he doesn't want to be questioned about Petar Vucicevich using the pseudonym Petar Wolfe.

Great post...pretty much summs up the situation. I honestly have no clue what the deal is with this stock. The other day when I spoke to Ammerman he said that DeVries is out, and some guy name Peter Wolf with Kore is in...of course, that's coming from a CEO that hasn't really show us one ounce of support.
Anyone know who the heck Devries is talking about when it comes to Peter Wolf?

ROTFLMAO....I called Devreis 10+ times....IMVHO, if he's really gone, then it's wonderful news. IR is supposed to make investors buy...not sell, right?

Creede,
This was a piece of older news. I'm assuming Peter Wolf is associated somehow.
NASHVILLE, TN, Dec 19, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. (LFWK) today announced a joint venture agreement with Kore International Management, Inc. and has identified two project venues. The proposed sites are Savannah, Georgia, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Initial venues will be managed by Kore International Inc. corporate officials along with Dennis Ammerman, CEO of LoftWerks, Inc. The projects will encompass residential facilities and commercial building refurbishings. Kore officials say that $8M (USD) will be allocated as the initial budget for property acquisition. "These projects serve many purposes for LoftWerks," said Ammerman. "Primarily, we will exhibit our design techniques and accessories that accentuate the elements we think have strong ties to the urbane 'Southern lifestyle' and the culture of a bygone era," said Ammerman, LoftWerks, Inc. CEO. "We are fortunate to have a partner like Kore that shares our vision and ideals."

You and I are definitely in sync on this, which may or may not be a good thing LOL.....
I specifically told Dennis that I was not asking for nor would I post anything about details of what is going to happen. That being said, he didn't brush me off and wasn't "hurrying to a meeting." I found that refreshing as he really had nothing to gain by pandering to a shareholder given the current chart and the trend of desertions.
Are you and I sitting on the deck of the Titanic while others are jumping in the boats?
DeVries - out - confirmed - I forgot to post. So perhaps there was some dumpage there but who knows.

This is what the 4th day with actual buys on good volume? Spoke to Peter Wolfe on Friday. He emphasized to me that he is not just an IR guy, more a turn around, "cleans up messes." Did not want to "bad mouth" anyone but agreed that this has been handled poorly and that I should watch and see what happens if I were so inclined. Clearly was not trying to sell me anything but he did not brush me off or refuse to answer my questions.
He said that he hopes flippers will just sell and take their profits today. Those who are in for the turn around will see all the "right things done," e.g., Form 2-11 will be filed with Nasdaq so we get a real market, etc.
Company, he says, has huge potential and Dennis has a vision that just needs some experience in public entities added to the equation. He says that his reputation is most important to him. He's been doing this for 18 years I believe. Says he takes on as clients a small percentage of companies and won't take on any that hurt his reputation. He's not a pump and dumper.
He's determined to bring this up to a real value. The figure of .10 a share was mentioned FWIW.

No, he is just starting out. That's why he said to me that if I was impatient and just wanted to flip, just do it tomorrow LOL..
I'd rather someone be straight with me than the other stuff just to placate me. I tend to be pretty tough with my questions, but in a nice way.....

Wow, nice to see your still in the game. Many of the longs abandoned ship with the news of the A/S increase.....not that I blame them. I also spoke to Wolfe last week. The guy is super charged for corporate management, and says that he has a Phd in finance. I am cautiously optomistic....always. I'm sure he told you the same wonderful things he told me. If they all come true then we will do very well. I used to post all the stuff those guys said, but then I may be setting myself up for a backfire. Anyone wondering what to do should perhaps call him and see what they think. The next PR should be the deciding factor.
