This in one thing I find annoying. People here are hugely positive on AMD, even when it was in 40's, and then they all say, "Oh, heah. we sold some time ago, and got back in near the low". What the heck. Meanwhile, they never say "gee, AMD at 40 ? That's too high. I'm negative on it for now."

They never? Just another of your typical concocted or ill-informed exaggerated proclamations. Here's Jozef Halada on 4/26/2006:

"I sold all of my AMD shares. I just don't like Intel prices. I think this quarter will be horrible for Intel not much upside for AMD, and I think my money is better on the sidelines for now.

"Things may change, but I will be looking to re-enter my position probably in summer."

And read the several replies. Most of them are frequent posters who said much the same thing.
