Sergio,

Yes, EMKR is on one of my watch lists.<g>

Their announcement on Tuesday of the order from a "leading commercial satellite manufacturer" amounting to more than $41M over a period of 3Yrs. & their deal with WorldWater, buying what will amount to more than 30% of WW's shares & receiving from them a contract of up to $100M in orders over the next 3 Yrs, also looks good.<g>

EMKR sells around 3.6xBV, it has no significant LTD,insiders reportedly hold more than 20%, the short position has comedown some, but is still around 5.3x its average daily volume. It has had 4Qs of better revenues & the EL for2006 is around $0.35/shr vs. $0.47/shr in 2005.For 2007 EE are around 0.15/shr on the black.<g>

It traded at 6.47 at 11.30AM above its Nov.6 H of 6.16 & although there was a downtick of 102,039 shrs at 3.58PM it still managed to close at $6 <g>

However, EMKR is not off completely from the downtrend coming from its May 12 H at 12.65 & its RS rating remains low (less then 5 <g>)

I would like to wait & see if it plans or not to test support at the 5.50 to 5.70 level before testing the resistance above the $8 level.

And of course, its LTC remains "interesting" <g>
