Value Line indicates that CGEN is moving along in its plans to separate the Collagen products group (Research and development) from the ongoing Appearance group (wrinkles, breast augmentation and contigen). However, it didn't say when this might occur. So far the market seems to be roundly ignoring the news. Sales, Book Value and Earnings are all slated to be improving over the next few years in Value Line's opinion. They are still stating these projections as though there has been no dividing of the companies. Best regards, Tom
