I've waded through hundreds of posts over the last few days where Intel's and AMD's current and future cores are compared in a vacuum. I think what has been missing is a discussion that includes Torrenza. It's all going to be about a platform for a particular market. DAMMIT will have a great integrated product for the "commodity" market. High performance, specialty purpose, markets should be addressed nicely by a good AMD multiprocessor CPU combined with HT connected accelerators. This is AMD's ace in the hole.
