I count 5 300mm fabs.

There are (3) 65nm 300mm fabs currently in full production according to Intel. A forth is scheduled to begin 65nm production late this year. Plus (2) 90nm (300) mm fabs still producing 90 nm CPUs to some extent. You are telling me that Intel could supply the entire market (including AMD's current share) with dual core CWM right now based on 3 fabs but choose not to so they can continue to build and sell dual and single core P4s. And open a forth fab so they can make even more Cedar mill at what would be about 82% yield. Sure. I buy that.
