Carol September 29, 1997 Accepts Resignation of William Trimble as President and Director RILEY RESOURCES LTD. ("RYR-V;RYRCF-L") - Accepts Resignation of William Trimble as President and Director The Board of Directors of Riley Resources Ltd. wish to announce that they have accepted the resignation of William Trimble as the President and a Director of the Company; Mr. Trimble's Management Agreement of January 1, 1997 will accordingly be cancelled. Robert Paul, a Director of the Company, has been appointed President in his place. Mr. Paul's current Consulting Agreement of February 1, 1997 will be replaced with a Management Agreement entitling him to a remuneration of $3,500 per month commencing October 1, 1997, subject to regulatory approval.
