>Looks like he'll be buying the shares for an average cost of $6 from some VC/fund.< He is buying the Linder Funds' stake. Carl Linder has been disenchanted with his stake for awhile--who can blame him. Nothing would help the company more than Allen bringing in fresh blood. I wonder how much it will cost to get rid of the current management (i.e. golden parachutes or poison pills in place?).
