GECM is showing some strange behavior ...
Has anyone else noticed that GECM has 1 strong sell recommendation. Where did this come from ? Anyone following the chart would expect a correction after this fast rise, but the financial valuation points towards much higher prices. The last 4 quarters EPS are 0.23, 0.21, 0.18, and -0.20. We will be replacing the -0.20 at the end of October. If this is anything like the current revenue and profit pattern I would expect about 0.20, which gives us 0.82 or very close to the year-end estimate of 0.85. This gives a P/E of 14. The expected growth for next year is 1.20 vs. 0.85 or 41%. Very undervalued as I see it !!! Support exists at 11.0, so lets hope for a bounce and the next 2-4 weeks should move us back to old highs. Watching closely ...
