That was some fine writing, Jim. Thanks. Had you gone on any further I feel assured that you would have been discussing the long tail dynamic, as espoused initially in the now famous Wired Magazine article written by Chris Anderson tinyurl.com .

Would you say that disintermediation will eventually result in a continually rising tide effect, subject to the same types of corrections and gyrations that we normally see in markets? Or, will it render all boats permanently beached, albeit in relatively pleasant weather, but where no more superstars are ever born, although everyone at least does get a chance to be heard, even if it's only a couple of times?
