I agree with Ron's response to your question. The pressure from the Hong Kong market will only keep the price down temporarily. Just like good stocks in the US market, earnings will dictate the price. I expect the earnings propect hasn't changed in the forseeable future.

The pattern we're seeing now has been repeating since I've been following this stock. During the earnings season the stock sells off 2 to 3 weeks prior to reporting. About 1 week prior the stock zooms higher and trades in a narrow range(close to its 52 week high) until earnings is actually reported. How high it can go depends on how high the earnings surprise is.

IMO, I don't think it will go below $7 and it may go as high as $12 after the next earnings report. Reward is definitely higher than the risk at the current level.

If it goes below $7 I'll sell the farm to buy more.
