Where you able to find out whether or not the foreclosure took place?

If so, what amount was applied to the debt? What amount was left after the foreclosure?

Hopefully, the company will address this issue and any claims they have against Ammerman, as are often the case, with indemnity provisions in mergers.

I'm ony speculating and Ammerman may be financially unable to meet his obligations, but, again, just trying to be fair on a board that is grasping for straws.

Not to blame anyone as this is an issue that would be resolved, one way or another in AF's, after consultation with attorneys, who would opine to the auditor. The company has brought this on themselves and I'm not saying anything different. However, if we are going to speculate as to final amounts owed, we should say it's opinion and not fact.
