<Certainly now is the time to lock in long term rates for cash flowing assets and this is showing up with all these LBO and large commercial RE deals..> A very interesting observation -- I think you are right. The real trick for us in coming years will be to decide how best to look beyond the US and beyond the dollar for investments.
