John, I disagree...

nok and eu been playing dirty since the beginning.

NOK has been playing by the rules. The rules say all is fair in business. I don't own a single share of NOK and have way too much invested in QCOM. Every time I see NOK file a law suit or state their case in public, or try to manipulate EU policies, I also become irritated, but then I remember that if my investment was reversed how would I feel about QCOM? NOK is doing what it can to preserve it's place atop the wireless world. If you held a large investment in NOK wouldn't you want them to maintain there lofty position?

My frustration is with QCOM. In my opinion they do not do enough to protect my interests as an investor.
