Also looks to me, even though the Filing may be incorrectly labeled, the long-time President, who has sold shares in the past, also purchased 10,000 shares at $3.33/share.

Of course, the CFO looks like the real winner here (in terms of timing) b/c he just received 100,000 of NQSO at a strike price of $3.40, which will vest at rate of 25%/yr.
