I think you will find some of us don't need demos to make accurate performance predictions ;-). I also gave a similar heads-up about Conroe early in the new year (15%-25%) before the demos. My prediction for Nehalem is 20%-60% increase per clock over Core 2 Duo for the complete range of desktop/server benchmarks which is not exactly more good news for AMD. SMT allied with an IMC and CSI will be a very potent mix and will ask very severe questions of the evolved K7 core, K8L.
