This is just a guess from information I have gathrered and pieced together. Here it goes.

Andrew was a part of Loftwerks. Information is sketchy, but it looks like Andrew set this up with Petar. I hear that Petar was a nobody before this stock and he used to do be a drywaller and/or a painter (I guess his big talk will not hide his payroll checks during that time, if it is checked lol).

Sulja was delivering materials to Loftwerks and thus the beginning of the plan. Andrew talks Petar into taking over loftwerks and the rest is history (One can assume that at least one Sulja knew also).

This is not confirmed, but is pieced together from what I have heard. Andrew is not that visible here except in the officer clan from Nannaco. Petar liked to identify him in places when he talked to shareholders on the phone. Stuff like Andrew or Dennis is in the car with him, etc.

The transfer agent is the key here. When they get around to following the money, the answers will be clear. I don't think that Andrew will be able to get out of this. This is not as easy as selling his house to Kirsten (sister?) to avoid tax liabilities.

There is also an opportunity for them to correct this mess before it explodes. Let's hope they are doing the right things, but I do not believe they are (and that is an opinion).
