You can maintain it all you want it does not make it true. Yeah let's intro our new quad at $500 so doug can beat his chest about how many we can make ... not. K8L, like K8, is primarily a server chip and will show what it can do best at 4 and 8 socket. It's called marketing. It's quite funny as you seem to think the opposite about AMD's 65nm, that it should be introed at the high end and not at the low end skus and when AMD say that it's because they want to ramp it up quickly you call them liars and yet you give the same reason yourself ! On the subject of courtesy you would be well advised to take your own advice. How much money did AMD and their execs make you ? Did they get incompetent overnight ? Yet you are just not giving them any slack, appreciation or benefit of the doubt and calling them barefaced liars when they make reasonable logical statements. It reflects very badly on your character when you demonstrate such behaviour. I give even complete strangers the benefit of the doubt yet you are not extending that basic courtesy to those who have already proven themselves and enriched you already, sheesh !
