Chuckle. It's faintly absurd to suggest that the options thing will have any effect on the likelihood of a takeover - except perhaps make MEDX slighly more vulnerable in the short term. Far more egregious behaviour at (the far less appealing) Ligand, and a delisting, didn't stop an abortive takeover attempt last year.
