For the record: I'm perfectly happy to continue, I'm also entirely happy to give it over to another suitable party. I've put in my very best for less insults and less OT on this board and am not about to give up unless of course that's what the board would want at whatever time. History: This moderated AMD board was separated from the start from a very lively non moderated AMD board in order to stay on topic (incl. elimination of insults). For investors. Most of them paying for access to a serious investment community. I stepped forward at the start of this summer to get back to ~ the environment as Mani left it when he was still the active moderator. Times are a bit different though in that non paying members can post here now and that the Intel board is dead. It has drawn a wider audience which is a great change we need to accomodate for. For anyone that aspires to either be or help the moderator: I'll always be open and ready to discuss that. Completely open. Mani set the example, I'm setting my own example enforcing the values he and I believe in. These values can't be found everywhere, still, in a way, they're nothing special as about every serious investor wants them albeit in various ways. CJ has helped me during my vacation. If you want to take over my role or help too just talk it over. I'm glad call for the vote seems to be going in favor among other things of less insults without real good arguments. I've proposed one way to get to reduce the insults further. I'd like to be able to suspend people for indirect insults without explicit arguments for two days. It's being discussed here: Message 23058626 . From the beginning I've stated I'd like to have permanent partners as well but that is unfortunately not possible on SI (it is on ihub). I'm against a speed limit as people have paid for unlimited access to post on topic plus I'd violate such a rule myself on earnings days. Limited access is for non paying members. I wonder though if it should not be implemented it if 80% or so would like it non-the-less. Discuss that too on the OT board pls (link above). Regards, Rink
