I think one should be able to call another's post "hypocritical" based on explicit reasons (indirect insult if you will). An extention of that is calling the poster a hypocrite (direct personal insult). These are in principle never allowed / I've banned a good amount of people for this. It should in my opinion only be possible if there is explicit prove that the poster is hypocritical as a habit and if that prove is listed in the same post. A person can be proven a troll, or a spammer. If that person is such character it should be possible to prove it on the board without being suspended.

There are many very near direct personal offences recently (Sarmad calling one as much an idiot as another, and CJ asking if trolls need reasons). I want the short suspensions (48h) for these types of violations. That's what I'm asking support for now.
