No problem. It's enough. Mas is getting recs with great ease pointing out my flaws now too after pointing out Doug's. How easy it is to be negative and get support for it. Still it's obviously no good being a moderator without appropriate support. So here's my standpoint: I'll continue to support Doug as long as he continues the way he recently adopted. I'm not going to continue as moderator if I can't do that. Don't take me wrong: I still think he posts too much for my personal liking but it is mostly on target, and he cries foul too often for my personal liking too, but he is leaving out the insults now (a huge change in my eyes). Even when being insulted. I'm going to put my full support in for that. If that is not what you want I am resigning. That's actually absolutely fine by me as long as the board will get another moderator supporting the original values. I'll continue to support the board. Regards, Rink
