This i believe to be the most meaningful statement in the Rumsfeld Memo as i feel this one WILL be made a reality. The result, INCREASED confrontation between Iran/Syria and U.S. From the Rumsfeld memo <<¶Position substantial U.S. forces near the Iranian and Syrian borders to reduce infiltration and, importantly, reduce Iranian influence on the Iraqi Government.>>
