Sorry, your faulty premise renders your argument moot. This is not a courtroom, it's the stock market. If a company does not file financials, they are blank paper scams until proven legitimate. To say you personally treat all non-reporting pinkies as scams while not fully acknowledging the above is merely giving lip-service to reality.

To say "for any pinkie that hasn't filed, there is no proof that any owns anything" is to admit you are banking on the greater fool theory. To lament about how opaque certain pink sheets companies are yet to still "suggest" them, like you did with SLJB, is ridiculously hypocritical when there are plenty of high-risk penny-stock companies that do file audited financials.
