BBC's initial price recovery objective

If you look at this BBC's weekly chart with FIB retracement lines drawn, you will notice that the initial price recovery of BBC is approximately $10.

Now if you look not only at the FIB retracemnt lines but also the RSI and % Williams indicators, you will notice that since BBC's IPO, now is the first time that RSI and % Williams indicators are simultaneously at an extremely oversold level, which suggests the probability that BBC will recover to at least $10, according to the FIB lines.
