here is the simple script:

the game ought to be played cash heavy, along with a spot of energy, and some value real estate, imo

gold is just another cash, though a superior one, that yields 20+% without fuss, year after year since I got in and kept at it, full stop

gold also has an embedded and under-valued option on government stupidity, the value of which will show, soon enough, in outrageous way

energy has been nice, and real estate is most kind, full stop
