I guess you are reading Sullivan. He is trying to "Islamist" Christianity. Anything stronger than the Episcopal version is too religious for him. As a secularist of many years standing, I don't like to have religion shoved down my throat. But I find the present effort by people like Sullivan to demonize Christianity to be a bit much.
