Hi Bill,

Nice to see you over here. Are you a CYMI holder?

You had me going with my spelling of "diety", I even began to wonder about that "i" before "e" rule, but both Oxford and Merriam Webster will let me spell it my way - "deity". ;-)

Re P-GILD, I do not have specific information that CYMI's laser is in it. I believe one of the LLNL (Livermore) documents listed both Cymer and Ultratech as funders in the CRADA that funded the project.
I sent an email to UTEK IR asking for info on P-GILD. Should it answer the question, I'll let you know.

You could ask Andrew V. The PGILD package he was going to send me never did arrive - probably an email glitch. He may have your answer now. At the time the research was being done (95-96), a XeCl 308nm laser (Xenon-Chlorine) was used. As I don't have the tool's specs, I don't know if that's still the case.

I think the answer is "yes"; does anyone out there have facts?

Ian.
