Anyone remember toydog APII? I noticed it dump last week when their buyout/merger/whatever that deal was fell apart. I bought some shares just based on my prior knowledge of the co, and this morn I got the reward. It ran on a $5 mil judgement, in their favor, but that news was long out, it was just upheld today. All last week you could buy chunks in the 1.60 range, and today you could sell them, easily, in the 2.80-2.95 range during the feeding frenzy. Topped out at 3.10 Didn't mention it as I figured no one would care enough to at minimum put it on a watch list, much less buy, kinda like XNN & ENPT last week.
