Since all kids end up with an IQ baseline long before the grades count towards college, it is not unthinkable that teachers could be compensated upon the accomplishments of kids related to their level of capacity.

If you have a room full of kids that should earn 82% on average, and the class is earning 76% on average, then we dock the income by 10% for the next 9 week grading period. YOu'll see how fast those averages move up. Commission, when it's not in sales, can be a great motivator.
