What's really bugging you is that anyone other than Intel could be characterized as predatory. alas i can't help people with their reading comprehension problems. here is what i said: any large and/or monopolist can be a predator. msft is a predator company. or at least used to be while what they're doing was relevant in new development. a company which is 1/5 the size of its large competitor can't be a predator by definition. it may undercut prices, sell at cost but if it has to survive with most of the time its only product, cannot sell undercost. if intel didn't try to bankrupt amd by making it difficult to sell its flash products and subsidizing its flash prices with its cpu revenues to do it, then they haven't been doing their best for their share holders. but of course they haven't been found guilty of this in any court.
