It looks like the market wants to be bullish the remainder of the year? I guess we are seeing the benefits of a lower but steady Dollar? Also, the FED could lower .25 by summer then another extended pause? CVV last: 7.12 up large(another 18% ) for a second day? I made a mistake not buying in the 3's?
