Ten If you want to talk about criminal law, let's talk perjury, specifically the B.S. Jerry Sanders gave in defending Microsoft against anti-trust charges. Don't forget "There is no Intel microcode in the AMD 486". That was a lie and Jerry was proven to be a liar in a Court of Law. How about the time Jerry told shareholders "yields are fine", then dumped his stock and later sheepishly admitted yields were still bad? I know folks don't want to remember those ethical lapses.
