NextWave Wireless LLC corporate conversation completed. November 13, 2006 On November 13, 2006, the corporate conversion of NextWave Wireless LLC into NextWave Wireless Inc. became effective. In connection with this conversion, the company also effected a six-for-one reverse stock split. As a result, NextWave Wireless Inc. will issue one share of common stock for every six NextWave Wireless LLC membership units. The shares issued by NextWave Wireless Inc. have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company has applied to have its shares listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “WAVE” and expects NASDAQ trading to begin after the first of the year. Prior to that time, the Company expects its shares to be quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
