TJ, tax at 17% isn't economic freedom. Nor is there much other freedom in Hong Kong. There's a lot of cant about freedom. Some jolly slogans. But those are just like elsewhere. Hong Kong is less bad than many places, but less bad is hardly a great claim.

Norfolk Island has more freedom than Hong Kong. Though the Australians are trying to suppress them more and more, making them state serfs.
