Some explanations please. I called for my certs few weeks ago(sept 8th). I have called the transfert agent several times.He told me that my request has been sent to the DTC on sept the 18 and that these guys will send my certs to my broker afterward.(I'm canadian and my broker is Dominion sec.I have called Dom sec and they did not receive anything yet. The transfert agent apparently sent my request on sept the 18th. <PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL MY WHERE ARE MY CERTS AND WHAT IS DTC? hOLDING LONG AND ENJOYING THE PARTY HERE(this situation is new for me)
