Paul, my mistake earlier-- the 147mm^2 listed must've been for an old 939 512 x 2 part.

So, 183mm^2 for 90nm AM2 512K x 2

And 12x for 65nm:

Let's see:

120/183 = .66
125/183 = .68
129/183 = .70

That's not that good at all, if true-- should've been something like a factor of .58

Is this really "65nm"? Or is it more like "70nm"? Something isn't shrinking as one would expect.

Again, all based on this Inq data being correct.
