Will somebody PLEASE tell creede...somebody who he actually respects, since he wont listen to me...that most every micro uses a disclaimer that he is moaning about, including LBWR, which just one day ago he said would never put out a disclaimer like that.....CREEDE...did you not READ LBWR's DISCLAIMER?? If so, then you know they say the same things in the same manner as all other micros....I am shocked you keep harping on the 'disclaimer' thinking it is unique to sljb...if have done thorugh DD in this arena, you have seen the same RILEY WORDED disclaimer MANY TIMES...and if you want to see one in a stock you own, then look at LBWR's disclaimer on todays numbers.....it is just as 'RILEY' worded as sljb's and all other micro's!!! <<and I discovered that the wording in the disclaimer, imvho, is extremely slippery, and unique. I'm not a lawyer, but to me it reads that the word "will" actually means "may".>>
