I have contacted the SEC many times, informally via the phone and formally by email. Talk about beating your head against the wall, these guys will give you a lesson in frustration. I'll try again with a different approach ... someday. You might have better luck than me. You can get phone, fax, and email numbers at SEC Investor Assistance and Complaints at
sec.gov
