Funny how things work. I mentioned CTB at it's 52w low, and today it jumps due to an 'upgrade' Message 22794525 Deutsche Bank raised the rating to "Buy" from "Hold" and lifted the price target to $19 from $12. Where were these douche bags when it was trading under $8? Prolly building inventory?? On another note, Bridgestone (BRDCY is buying Bandag (BDG) Indeed, crap till they ain't.
