"It is unusual. AMD usually updates their web docs to include it." They probably will. Eventually. How many times have they launched and we didn't know things like lower consumption? Now that they have a TDP for the family it is easier, but there were plenty of times we didn't know the TDP for a new part until they updated the docs. And that can take a while.
