Great advice, simple and to the point. I've found what you say to be true during good markets and bad and I always have something that is moving, which creates opportunities. But it does take discipline and hard work and a determination not to be swayed to buy at the tops, when everything looks the best, and sell at the bottoms, when everything looks the worst.
