Dipy, Just bought NCR today so began this thread from the beginning. I thought I'd let you know when I was at an atm the other day, a Diebold, it was down. I started chatting with the maintenance person who turned out to be software support. She said there was a bug in the new software that occassionally caused the atm to dispense only $20, regardless of request. It is a ghost that comes and goes. Can't hurt NCR! T2k
