Robert, OK, if you want to say that a recycled shell means the company doesn't technically go out of business, I'll buy that. The rest of what you wrote is actually quite refreshing. Shame the others that agreed with your approach didn't write it first. As for the impact of shareholders on the share price, certain people wouldn't be starting so many threads on message boards if they didn't think "talking" about a stock helped. Nice to hear someone essentially say that what a company actually does merely provides a nice alibi when in reality it doesn't matter so long as you are fortunate enough others piled on after you. I hope your post gets lots of recommendations even if we are on opposite sides of the fence. - Jeff
