Looks like a buying opportunity to me! But then, I sold at $54 on TA reasons. I expected to get back in at 47 a week from now. Instead, I'll be back in Tuesday morning, looking for a bounce.

My broker at MS Dean Witter, etc. says Morgan Stanley is not changing any numbers or rating. The Montgomery downgrade just looks like fear of the future to me.
