Alright...why am i confused? If they took out 19 million, leaving 21 million...does this mean that another 12 million is coming out---which leaves 9 million? or is it that the float was 33 million, minus the 12 million ---which leaves 21 million? Yes, I am dumb...but am I poor? later...
