I don't know the details about the investigation. Usually this type of investigation without SEC's interference goes nowhere.

Ratio of buy to sell is 10:5, indicating strong buying interests for MIOA. As soon as the big news comes out, people with shorting positions will rush to buy stocks back covering their loss at whatever price they can get. At that time, the price can sharply rise.

Hold yourself tight, don't let MM or somebody steal your stocks. Looking for $4.00 to 6.00.
