That is what I thought. The place has to be haunted by some kind of negative energy. I know I'd feel it if I walked in. One time we were driving around and saw an open house sign for a lovely older home down a long driveway right on the water. We decided to go in and take a look. I'll never forget the feeling that children had had pillow fights in an upstairs bedroom. It had a happy, yet ghostly feeling to it. I mentioned that feeling to the lady realtor, it was so strong. After I left, I felt really horrible. I must have scared the heck out of her. I'm sure that most of the time she was alone in that house during the showing.
