Thank-you for responding to my message. Your continuing interest in Agate Bay's future is remarkable. A quick response, plus the fact that you sold shares earlier in the year, proves it. Briefly about latest news:I was told a rollback is not being considered by Agate Bay; and that Inmet Mining is leaving the project to concentrate on its deposit in Peru, where large capital expenditures will be required. This, and discussions with a new partner will present new opportunities in the financing area. But first negotiations with both Cyprus Amax and the new partner will take place. In the meantime, Agate Bay becomes operator with its 60% interest. I shall await the financing news which may take some time. Also initial infill drill results are due this week. Patience is required as well as good news to benefit from any appreciation in the stock's price. Until then, I will remain a confident shareholder in Agate Bay. Leonas Labenskas
